&work&play is the creative practice of Collin Cummings, specializing in brand-building, creative direction, and establishing creative infrastructure. I specialize in helping executive teams answer the complex creative questions they can't resolve.

I’ve designed and implemented systems in product, process, and organizational design, drawing liberally from a well of playful mechanisms as much as traditional design methodology. I work with companies who have found success but lack creative leadership or infrastructure. Most importantly, I can support confident and informed investment in creative efforts.

My focus is now on both internal and fractional leadership, taking companies without creative systems from zero to one.
